At 1LT Rob Seidel Wounded Soldiers Fund Inc, we want donors and supporters to feel confident when purchasing any fundraising merchandise from our website. If something is not right, our return and refund process is clear, fair, and easy to follow.

1. Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within:
20 days from the date you receive your order.

Requests submitted after this period are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • In original packaging (for quality and resale standards)

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may return it regardless of the above conditions, provided that:

  • The defect or damage occurred before delivery

  • The item was not damaged after you received it

Personalized, custom, or final-sale items may be excluded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. How to Start a Return

Email [email protected] within the return window and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item’s condition (required for all defect/damage claims)

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

If approved:

  • We will send you detailed return instructions

  • When applicable, we may issue a prepaid return label

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it following our instructions

If rejected:

We will email you a clear explanation describing why the return could not be approved.

⚠️ Do not ship any item back without approval.
Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size

  • Incorrect color

  • Defective or damaged products

Exchange items are processed as new orders once the original item is received and approved.
If there is a price difference or additional shipping cost, you may be charged accordingly.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approval or rejection will be confirmed by email

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 5 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post funds

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when required by law or when the return is due to our error (mis-ship, incorrect item, damaged item, etc.).

6. Costs & Fees

  • Approved returns may include a prepaid return shipping label at our discretion

  • No restocking fees

  • No return shipping fees for defective/damaged items or returns resulting from our error

7. Important Notes

  • Items returned in poor condition or without original packaging may be refused

  • Carrier delays, weather issues, or missed delivery attempts are not grounds for refunds unless the item arrives damaged

  • Returns must follow our instructions to ensure proper processing and tracking
