Closed: Sundays and major U.S. holidays

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the next business day.

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details, shipping address, shipping fee, and total amount.


2. Shipping Timeline

Transit Time: Typically 3–7 business days after shipment
Total Estimated Delivery Window: 4–10 business days (handling + transit)

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Carrier performance

  • Weather and holiday delays

  • Unforeseen service disruptions

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Flat Rate: $6.50 per order
Applies to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • No additional handling charges

  • Sales Tax: 0% at checkout for products and shipping


4. Where We Deliver

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International destinations

International shipping may be introduced in the future.
If arranged by exception, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other international fees.


5. Carriers

We partner with nationally trusted carriers, including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

The carrier is selected automatically based on delivery address, package size, and service availability.

Local delivery or expedited services (same-day/next-day) may be available in select regions.

7. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated missed deliveries, a reshipment fee may apply.

If the carrier confirms your package was lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged:

  2. Include photos of the packaging and product

  3. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund based on our Return & Refund Policy

Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or operational issues do not qualify for refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
